This roll will be sold by subscription only and is not available in the
Raffin company catalog. If there are a few copies
left after satisfying subscribers they will be available from my stock
until the supply is gone. I have no plans to keep this title in stock
indefinitely. I must have these rolls produced in groups of 10 and the
total number of subscribers will determine the number ordered. I will
not order a significant number of unsold rolls and it's possible that a
few
people will be disappointed. Orders will be filled in the order
received. I will accept orders until March 15, 2004 and I expect
(but cannot guarantee) delivery to you before the end of April 2004.
The price is $125 which
includes priority mail postage and insurance to U.S addresses.
Customers not in the USA please write for postage costs. I regret
the price increase from the last subscription, but it is necessary
because of the decline in the US dollar against the Euro (almost 40%)
since the last offering and royalties paid to the arranger on each
roll. In addition, I received the last group of rolls with an organ
shipment making shipping costs very low. That is not the case this time.

Send me a check for $60 deposit. The balance will be due when you
receive your roll.
