(Some special purpose rolls are priced differently, please inquire.)

Send your order along with a deposit.  To determine the deposit, take your total cost in Pounds and send that many dollars. (If ordering £100 worth of music, send $100 deposit). Please include your email address if possible so I can save lots of postage and stay in touch easily. I will acknowledge your order if you send an email address. I usually do not require a deposit from established customers with a prompt payment history. When ordering be sure to state the Roll Number, Title, and the Organ Type (e.g. Raffin 20, Alderman 26, etc.)

Sorry, to keep prices as low as possible I do not accept credit cards or "paypal" except in special
circumstances and will add the appropriate "convenience fee."

I will send an invoice when I am notified that your order have been shipped. Payment of the balance
(in U.S. dollars) is due when you receive your order. This is how I know it arrived.

Postage, and other charges:
All items are shipped by International Air Mail unless surface shipment is specifically requested (allow
6-8 weeks in transit for delivery by surface mail).

A $2.50 service charge will be added to all orders to cover the cost of currency conversion.

If you are able to get a better deal on currency conversion than I can offer, you are welcome to pay me
in British Pounds by prior arrangement.

State sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Virginia.

Why are my prices Pounds?????
I am frequently asked why I don't simply list prices in U.S. dollars and save a lot of confusion. The
answer is that currency exchange prices fluctuate daily (and sometimes hourly) similar to stock market
prices. The changes are usually small, but occasionally can be significant. If I were to quote prices in
dollars I would have to build in a cushion to protect myself against an unfavorable shift and also
change prices constantly to compensate. This would be unmanageable. This arrangement works out
better for both of us. I'm protected from loss and you get the current price based on the exchange rate
when I am billed by Melvyn.

How do I know the currency exchange rate?
The following link will take you to a yahoo page listing minute by minute exchange rates. Remember
that the rate you or I can actually get from a bank will be less by a few percent. Your rate will be what I
